1) 9.5 out of 10 people on the investment team think they are miles smarter than they actually are. Most people there (with exception of FEW, very few, people) come to conclusions linearly as opposed to holistically as Landmark advertises 2) outrageous sexual harassment and non-sexual harassment if you are perceived as an intellectual threat. On top, management looks the other way when harassment is brought up to your supervisor and HR does whatever the partners tell them to do (i.e. side step the issue)
