Too many work hours, very bad work/life balance unless you land a job in the office, overtime is mandatory, zero leniency for calling off, no sick days, forced to take vacation time when they tell you to take it, management has little consistency in ideas and what they want to do, Poorly managed and your questions/comments/concerns are ignored, also have a "grey ceiling" here at Landmark meaning that no one wants to step down or retire, zero room for raises and promotions.

Sometimes not enough work and sent home during the week but then made to work the weekends.
