I was foolishly beguiled by the swanky premises into imagining that professionalism would have matched the surroundings.
Cons
Strictly business related, this is the most abusive, unprofessional and toxic place I have ever been in my working life. I had to leave to protect my mental sanity, having to deal with an incompetent management that gave no training, no support, abundant criticism for things that weren’t part of my job role. The salary was an utter joke considering the amount of pressure we were put under and mole of work given. There zero perks or values in this company. The proof is that I witnessed the largest exodus from the company during the year I spend there. People disappeared and we didn’t know what happened.
