Okay for learning but bad experience

Pros

Good for starters to gain knowledge in networking and systems engineering fields. Gets to work with customers every day.

Cons

Has one of the lowest pay rates in Sri Lanka. Poor leadership skills of higher positions. High turnover rate. The working environment is not very pleasant and feels like an old government office. Work/Life balance rating - 3/10

Employees other than most senior management are friendly and approachable. Good place to gather technical experience. Good place to learn from other employees without barriers. Good place for getting started and gain your work experience.

Cons

Extremely low salary scale compared to job market. Hard to get promoted or raise salary even with years of experience. Management will be angry when leaving the company. Not a good place for long term employment.
