No severance pay when getting laid off Lack of clear view for future Administration lacks focus (too many changes like restructuring and modifying goals often) Work culture is based on managers and regional leadership (Vast differences between US and India office) Need technology improvement for project commercializations. Promotions are rare and hard to get No performance hike were provided due to company's financial strain.
