      Pros

      You will have the opportunity to interact with every single employee from the CEO down to the software engineers, which makes the work collaborative and rewarding. Everyone is excited and eager to be here, which makes for a really positive work environment.

      Cons

      Certain tasks sometimes lack structure, due to the small size of the company sometimes resources are limited, but nothing that isn't fixable.

      Pros

      The company is growing extremely fast which creates an exciting atmosphere. Everyone who works here is super knowledgable about the space and are always willing to help out. The leadership team is also incredible. It's rare to find a company where everyone's input is genuinely welcomed and where the leaders are open to exploring every idea you bring to them.

      Cons

      Fast growing company so naturally will have to be open to everything the startup world will bring you.
