Pros

Great product, good CEO and leadership team in USA.

Cons

APAC leaderahip is bad.. no direction at all.. the leaders are not aware on which region they want to invest. Very ANZ focus.. People are just trying to save colleagues / friends in ANZ team.. performance don’t matter if you are buddy of so called leaders in APAC.

Pros

-Some talented and hardworking people still remain (for now). -Remote work flexibility.

Cons

-Constant reorgs leading to layoffs—how many times does leadership need to “restructure” before they get it right? It’s clear they have no real strategy. - Marketing leadership, especially the CMO, is out of touch, incompetent, and ineffective. Nepotism is real with her, she only hires her people from previous companies and gets rid of everyone else. - Leadership has failed to take the security breach seriously. Instead of real accountability and change, they downplay its impact and move on. - Product innovation is nonexistent. No meaningful updates, just the same stale features while competitors move ahead. - They keep hiring expensive VPs while cutting individual contributors and lower-level staff. The people actually doing the work are the ones paying the price.

Bad Situation - Careers Die Here

Pros

Solid work/life balance, remote is always nice. I wouldn't say it's an overly competitive place

Cons

Private equity owned, so the stewards of the organization ultimately see it as numbers on a spreadsheet. Sales targets are aggressive and often unattainable, layoffs are frequent, and the culture is essentially non‑existent. Managing up is prioritized far more than actually executing your job effectively. Headcount is falling don't expect career growth or any consideration of it. I think my career has actually gone in reverse here somehow. The product is decent but continues to lag behind competitors. Marketing hasn’t had a successful B2B strategy in over four years. Targets go up, go‑to‑market spend goes down, targets are missed, attrition and layoffs follow—and the cycle repeats. It’s a shame, because this was once a great product, but the ownership team operates with an unimaginative, reactive business strategy—a slow death sentence in tech. If you are highly motivated and career‑oriented, this is not the place.
