Treats it's employees very well with proper Perks, facilities and benefits Provides well-tailored training on the new technologies and the skills required to it's engineers Flexibility in working hours The Mid-level management is always approachable to for any concerns & discussions Good Work-Life balance Nice technology to work and and no pressure from the managers on completing the tasks Encourage the Engineers for new ideas through patent-awards

No Clarity or future road-maps or upcoming projects Very frequent site-visits from the higher management to all the remote sites The top management was always looking for the opportunity to sell the company rather than promoting & marketing it's products / technology

Less work or no work incase of analog department . Good managers for digital and char departments.US team very proactive and wants individual development of each employee

Cons

Micro management , No proper work life balance, Indian management does not treat well and a hostile environment . Any counter ideas or arguments are subjected to heavy criticism. The learning curve and career path goes down.HR has no role in the company .
