Everything else. From a joker of a HR to a clueless board with an inapt Senior Management. HR must be the most hated department I saw in an organization and I work for top organizations in Sri Lanka. He is a yes man thinking he will get management to favor him. Guess what. After getting his hand dirty, he will soon be out. Top Management and board members are even worse. If they want someone out, first they ask everyone not to talk to that person, then start humiliating him in front of everyone. You can give your heart and soul to this company but there is no gratitude. You just have to wait for your number to come out to fall from grace. Its not if but when.Nepotism is key. When does the management decide he has milked you enough and wants you to resign and paying you a ridiculously low salary. To anyone thinking of quitting your job, to join this hell. Think again. They pay you below market salary and for a short time make you believe you are important.

Waited for years to post this review. Poor company culture. Toxic environment. Staff is bullied. COOs and CEOs are forced to resign by coercive practices. Avoid at all cost if you want your sanity. Pompous titles used to entice employees to join. They recruit the best and employee turnaround just escalates. One moment you are a star and the next a zero. Top management spends time in character assassination and dividing while running the company into a hole. Company with a huge gearing ratio and poor management. HR staff is forced to adopt poor practice they do not agree with. They speak of family but there is no such thing.
