      Very Encouraging to see how people from diverse background are motivated to learn to code and aim at getting jobs in tech field. LaunchCode is a helpful non-profit organisation.

      Hi there - we love you that you were able to learn through teaching others! We are also proud to have extremely driven and motivated people as instructors for our students. We are open to feedback regarding compensation. Although we recognize that our rates for contract/part-time staff are unable to match corporate levels, we strive as a non-profit to align budget needs with instructor recruitment.
