      Some good people but brainwashed.

      Cons

      Most employees are brainwashed around the CEO’s narrative. Little to no equity. Run like a frat. Only founders (4 left, who’s next) have meaningful equity. Everyone else is brainwashed that this will be good for your career. And someday you can start a company too. Til then work incredible hard and make us rich.

      Pros

      Time by Ping is a fantastic place to work. The mission is extremely fulfilling; giving people time back in their day to use it however they like. Getting up every morning to work with this as the heartbeat of everything we do is brilliant. For anyone looking for a place to work with a culture that is both accepting and fun - TBP is the place, from cooking classes to comedy shows to video game lunches as well as investment in the team to develop their skills. The management team really has the best interest of the team at heart. Finally, the thing that really makes TBP special is the people.
