As a full-time associate you get benefits, not the best but not the worst

Cons

You will never get promoted, Salary depends on how much the Regional manager LIKES you, otherwise, you will be stuck with minimum wage forever, a stressful and nasty environment, and no room for growth & they always find a way to blame the associates for their low revenue
