Pros

The only one pro is, You can have good colleagues and friends.

Cons

HR promises on salary hike at the time of joining were 100% fake. You never know when you will be fired, Job security - 0% No cab facility. No food allowance even for night shift. No fixed shift timings (12 AM Logout and login without cab facility) You will be always watched under CCTV cameras(Micromanagement). Policies are not fixed, Management will always change policies on their convince. No age limit for new employees, the only limitation is salary. The worst salary package offering for fresher graduate.

Yesterday they its resolved, today again found same. India management looting head office, second hand furniture in new office. Many things including tv are Chinese. No newspaper.

MDR department review

Pros

LIO provides decent amount of salary as per market standard and leave policies are good. The companies has good policies which can be seen in other department . My 3 rating is for the company not for the MDR department.

Cons

Everything I will share here about my current experience in LIO as a legal associate (MDR). If anyone from the management team is reading this, my request is to please takes these reviews on a priority basis and do the needful. People have started to move other companies for this kind of reason, @managment team if you do not take any steps, mark my word you will lose many good reviewers in near future. First, there is no growth for newcomers or experienced people even who are having 3-4 years’ experience. the manager does not give any opportunity; the same members are working in QA since my joining. Managers have serious trust issues in terms of everything. Instead of learning new things you would start to forget whatever you have learned from your previous company. The luckiest persons are TL’s here, they have got everything by doing nothing here. In every project SL’s get engaged in everything from starting training to QA. We do not get any help from Team leads. The manager knows how to ruin weekends, in the name of “stand by” you will end up doing nothing. If you fail to work on the weekend, you will get negative feedback from the manger. The manager does the text message in the midnight or early morning (Which is very unprofessional) and pass instruction about login in whats app group. Even on working days, the manager makes you exhausted by waiting hours after hours. in one word, the manager is very fickle-minded, does not know what to do next, for her stupidity the whole team members suffer even in weekends. The manager does not have any management skills; The manager does not know how to encourage people. The manager always tries to give blame to FLR team for any mistake. Being a manager, The manager should take responsibility for the team. The manager does not pass any instructions to the team; the main reason is to save her own back. The manager always puts resources beyond the mental and physical capabilities. The manager gives a target that is always hard to achieve by the given time. The manager expects people will tag 500 documents in 3hrs and give the best work product. The manager is the person who will not tag even a single document and starts to howl. In other companies, even managers do the sample but here The manager does not follow this just to avoid responsibility. @Manager if you think it’s achievable kindly seat with us and shows us how to do it. The company talks about “Employee wellbeing” but the manager does not follow it. I can’t remember when The manager did her “wellbeing” treatment with the team. Company gives comp- off policies, which is good thing, according to HR policy you can avail your comp-off within the six months but manager always force you to take the comp off as earliest. technically manager decides when to take comp-off, which not complies to HR policy. I have worked with many managers but have never seen this kind of bellicose. Please change yourself otherwise you will end up getting this kind of feedback in an open forum.
