Layer zero is a awful place to work. It’s an extremely stressful and toxic work environment along with incompetent management, engineers and HR department. The safety is almost non existent and pay is low compared to other companies doing similar work. Talking to HR is totally pointless unless you want your personal information spread through the company faster than you could yourself. There is very little to no proper training.Most of the time things are very unorganized and damaged tools and equipment are what is provided for you to do your job if provided at all and not stolen by other employees. Not many chances for advancement unless your willing to work from below a desk if you know what I mean. Do yourself a favor and seek employment elsewhere.
