Pros
They know that when you work for them, you will want to invest in their product. They had great ways to win certain products while working for them.
Cons
In the store working alone for most of your shift. It gets lonely and boring if you like talking to people. Would not promote within, even though I had the qualifications for it and trained my assistant and SM.
