6yThis sounds like someone from our researcher community, who are contractors. We have twice in as many years made major changes to how we have worked with these contractors to improve our SaaS metrics. Unfortunately, this has resulted in jobs shifting around the planet and some folks losing work. If you worked with us for 3 years, we hope that our investment in you means that you'll be able to find valuable work elsewhere. As a social enterprise, this is one of our goals.
