Pros

Good environment for starting out in the digital field. Team members challenged each other while at the same time were very supportive to do better. Met a lot of wonderful people who I got to learn a lot from

Cons

Management was nice and yet not so nice. There were cliques where if one dislikes you then the remainder dislikes you. Other than that, company company transparency change as upper management says one thing and does another

-Lots of exposure to the industry, great place to learn -If you show initiative, then you get rewarded

Cons

-Some clients are clearly more valuable and therefore your career is tied to which clients you work on -Don't get experience with all forms of digital marketing.
