They will fire you with 20 mins of notice. They don't have hold on their clients. Manager is sleeping half of the time.

Salary on time, no micro management

Cons

can get fired anytime without any notice. People will stop responding to your calls and messages. Everything will be planned by management and will revoke your entire access in a fraction of minute.
