This is a toxic and unprofessional set-up. They've changed name from ARI Network Services to LeadVenture so you can't see the old reviews. HR has populated new reviews with so much positivity that you can tell its fake. The India VP is driven by ego and the desire to hear himself talk. All his closest allies in office are just like him. Workwise there's not much to do as you're just the support team for US offices. There's much potential for growth but it won't happen under this VP because his focus is elsewhere. He micromanages everything and since he has no ideas, you can't really take things to the next level. So you have a big paycheck for just mostly sitting around. Lots of needless drama and gossip because that's the tone set by the VP and his closest allies. Some people get more leaves than officially allowed while others get none. Depends on how cozy a relationship you have with him. Some people have roles they can't execute because they don't have the skills or qualifications required. It's a mess.
