Pros

Its a dynamic company that has great benefits, wonderful people, and a lot of interesting responsibilities for my role. The fact that the company is remote is also a nice benefit as it allows the freedom to work globally. There is also a team week that allows the company to gather in one location to meet everyone which is a great experience.

Cons

Being a remote company you only see your team mates in person once a year.

Pros

Leadership here is something special. They're approachable, aligned with the company's vision, and genuinely inspiring. You never feel like there's a huge gap between you and the people at the top. If you want to stay ahead of the curve with AI, this is honestly the best place to be. You're encouraged to experiment and test things out, which makes learning feel exciting rather than forced. The benefits are nothing over the top, but they're thoughtful. The company-wide shut-down days are a personal favourite (when everyone is off at the same time, you can actually disconnect without the guilt of missing things). It shows the company genuinely cares about wellbeing, and not every workplace gets that right. But the best thing about this place? The people. Everyone is willing to help, collaborate, and connect. It never feels competitive in a toxic way - more like everyone is rooting for each other. And the flexibility is amazing, it really allows you to work in a way that suits your life.

Cons

One thing that's missing is a proper recognition program. Budget constraints are understandable, but when you're working hard and the pace is high, it would mean a lot to feel seen and celebrated more formally. Speaking of pace - it's fast. Really fast. Which is exciting, but it does come with a heavy workload that can be a lot to manage at times. And since the team is so great, it's a shame there are no offsites or in-person meetups. Building those deeper connections is tough when everything is remote, and getting to spend real time together would make a big difference.
