Where to start... As an employee (a music teacher) I never got to actually meet any of the management. I just got a phone interview. Worryingly, there was no background check.
The big stuff; There idea of music education is laughable. I was put in front of a class of 10 kids with two or sometimes three teachers. The kids were told they would be learning guitar and violin. None of the teacher could play violin or guitar. I brought this to the attention of management and they just said, just read the book and teach the kids.... Absolutely laughable.
There was no sense of organisation, on the first day of teaching, I didnt know how many kids to expect, where to meet them or where the class was actually taking place (There was two different locations).
On top of all this there was no instructions on how or where parents were going to collect the kids.
