Pros

There are plenty of places to eat nearby.

Cons

During my time there, I felt that the workload was quite heavy at times. Although Saturdays are generally considered non-working days, teachers were occasionally required to come in due to work arrangements. Some aspects of management and planning could be improved, as schedules and tasks were sometimes communicated at short notice, such as rehearsals or additional duties. There were also frequent meetings, which reduced the amount of time available in the afternoons for teachers to focus on their own classes. In general, teachers were expected to follow management’s instructions. While feedback was sometimes raised when arrangements felt challenging, changes were not always implemented.
