Pros

Working at a non-profit is awesome because you get to wear many hats which in turn increases your skills and knowledge. Working at LearningQuest is very rewarding, you get to help people better their lives. Managers are awesome, they listen to your needs and help you with your goals.

Cons

Wearing many hats can be stressful at times but truly not overtly challenging!

Pros

The best reasons for working at LearningQuest are the people who work there and the students I teach. My managers and coworkers support me and acknowledge my skills. On the other side, I feel the most joy when I teach and especially when my students express their gratitude.

Cons

The downside of working at LearningQuest is the location and capacity. More classrooms and spaces should be available for the teachers and students to use.
