I work in a top-performing market at Roth, and over the past year alone, I've seen close to 10 people across three divisions be let go or pushed out due to unattainable goals in a challenging market. Additionally, there’s a low chance of success for new recruiters and BSMs because they’re constantly competing with each other for business, giving established recruiters a significant advantage. I wish the company would focus more on supporting current employees rather than constantly firing and hiring.
They'll distract you at first with their "great culture" and "best place to work" awards, but if you decide to join, be prepared for high expectations and limited support. Reality doesn't match the hype.
