Pros
- they are open to foreign applicants, a big plus - used to have a very open culture, as long as you're good at what you do, they are really welcoming and give you many opportunities - give you a credit on the show which is more than I can say about some places I have worked at before - although it's in a suburb. the company is located in Shanghai! one of the best cities to live in China
Cons
- you don't grow as there is very little guidance from the seniors. so it's best to apply if you already have experience so you can basically guide yourself - project variety and quality starting to stagnate - not much team support/team-player feeling, so you don't feel motivated to go the extra mile - pipeline management isn't very good mostly due to requirements of clients and higher ups so there will be abortive work - better to know Mandarin beforehand, 90% of staff don't speak English, but this is a given as the company is located in China.
