      We are glad to hear that you value the work-life balance that we offer at Left and we thank you for your feedback. We do offer a library with many business and personal development books that employees are able to take out anytime. We have also been taking advantage of the Canada-BC Job Grant and have invested considerable amount of money towards training for our Lefties.       Pros

      - Co-workers are generally quite friendly and approachable - Open atmosphere in that you can ask questions and discuss problems - Decent salary relative to the industry average (and Vancouver in general) - Fun game rooms and communal kitchen available for use

      Cons

      - HIGHLY unstable company; people have been constantly fired left and right with little to no warning, so it soon becomes the norm and expected. - Some of the best corporate culture established in principle, but soon you'll realize it's only followed when convenient, and casually abandoned otherwise.
