Long hours, little reward, borderline hostile manager, aloof owner Had to beg for my paycheck every week. Was promised a holiday bonus. Waited for it for 9 months....

Pros
Very few to speak of Employees very stressed and constantly bullied by owners. Contracts breached. Promises regarding compensation ignored and forgotten.
Cons
Terrible work environment. Abusive work culture. Most new employees did not last more than a few months. Founders built corporate culture based on intimidation and bullying. Never honored contracts — especially when money/compensation involved.
