      Pros

      High ethics, no question. The client comes first no matter what and I have always been treated as a valued employee. They demand perfection but that's ok with me.

      Cons

      There is a disconnect when it comes to communicating with the office. I get the sense that there is not enough support staff and this is not done intentionally, but I could be wrong.

      Pros

      Strong minded management that takes fulfillment of their processes very seriously. No fooling around even though humor is prevalent. Policies and procedures up the ying yang. I believe we have the best consulting team in the United States. I am very proud to walk into former clients because they hug me. THEY LOVE US!

      Cons

      Pay is not what I have made before but it is fair. Sometimes the consequences for employee misbehaviors seems to be a little over the top but from what I understand it is necessary in order to keep our consulting services at the top of the industry.

      It's a place where you'll need to grow to survive.

      Cons

      Management has a poor respect for their employees. After having each of the inside sales people reach quotes for the first time ever I was instructed to fire two employees so that the staff would fear for their jobs and avoid complacency.
