      Worst place to work in this entire universe

      There is nothing good about this company.

      Cons

      There are many. The company has no scope of growth. There are different kind of rules for different employees. Some of the employees are given permission to work from home for as long as three weeks and the rest are just asked to leave the company if asked for a leave or WFH. The people in the management team are least concerned about the employees. There are just 4 or 5 people working in the Bangalore office and still there is a haphazard management. There is no HR and the people concerned don't even know the day of your joining. It is like the employees running the office. The company doesn't even have enough money to buy the basic necessities required in the office, forget about giving you any salary hike, and when its the time for salary hike, they either fire you or tell that your work is not good. There are no perks at all. All the money infact goes into the pockets of the people in the management team.

      Pros

      Probably only good thing is leave structure and recently approved medical benefits.

      Cons

      Much lesser salary. Demotivating the employees all the time. Not giving appraisals in the name of less profit of firm they always say the same. Some people getting salary without even working at all. Always threaten there employees to leave their job.

      Flexibility, learning, and helpful colleagues. One can get good basics here. You will get adequate time for researching and learning things on your own. Colleagues are very helpful and can guide you to their extent possible. Brilliant CEO who does not hesitate to test all his ideas in market. A go getter CEO.

      Cons

      Bad management, no proper pay, no much help from mentors, no benefits, no statutory requirements followed. Has bad operation managers, who sit on tech/legal teams. These operation managers believe in getting things done, brute force way, almost all the time. Because of such practice, it has become a habit, which has led them to think that this is THE way to get things done. Unfortunately the CEO has trust the responsibility on running the firm on these operation managers, who have no respect for employees. No management skills. Its just I am the boss here. They lick CEOs toes. No humanity in first place.
