      Dysfunctional workplace culture

      No notable pros, significant cons outweigh any positives.

      Cons

      Workplace culture appears to be affected by issues such as unprofessional conduct, excessive flattery, internal politics, favouritism, distrust, instances of dishonesty, lack of appreciation or recognition. In some instances, certain individuals have displayed insincere or manipulative behaviour to secure personal advantage and build trust with seniors in US. Rather than discouraging such behaviour and improving the work environment, seniors have at times avoided the involvement, which can give the impression of favouring these individuals. When questions are raised, they are escalated to HR in India and in certain cases, threats of disciplinary action are issued. Additionally, interactions with a certain member of leadership in India, have at times appeared unprofessional or lacking in courtesy.

      Pros

      salary is decent however the India team will lowball where-ever possible. They provide decent RSU.

      Cons

      Management harass new members but old people are kept on a pedestal. Managers will go by their ego vs thinking if the idea is correct or not. Managers dont care about growth/learning. Only join if desperate.

      Above average but not stable

      Pros

      1. You get decent salary compared to other companies in banglore, though it is not among the best in class available here. 2. They still have hybrid work policy which is good.

      Cons

      People will randomly get fired because of office politics. We've seen some top performers leave because working hard doesn't guarantee stability. We've also seen some hard working people get fired adhoc without notice/severance.
