Good colleges however that is rapidly declining

‘You matter always’ biggest lie! Management don’t give care, you see just a number, they are not there to make friends. Was once a great place to work ruined by management. Constant threats demotivated the workforce. Denied paying us for certain jobs and once questioned became very aggressive and defensive. All done behind HR’s back. Clear favourites getting different treatment. Have lost a lot of good workers due to poor treatment and cannot get the same quality to replace them turning a once high quality dealership into a everyday garage. Going out their way to make it as difficult as they can for us to make bonus however we have seen they never struggle. Overall just awful!

Work Life Balance. Pay. Experienced Asst. General Manager.

Cons

Paranoid culture. All loan brokers contacts are taken from us and they become the GM's. Our loan brokers becomes the GM's because she cannot hit target and we are told to source for more loans. GM has her own private business / side dealings and will collect passed on rejected cases. Upper Management is oblivious. Double standards and bias normal.

Pros

Working with one of the best cars brands in the world - Mercedes Benz. The dealership is very busy with a diverse mix of customers. Every day there is a new challenge both good and bad.

Cons

LSH took over the business in 2016 and ever since have been re-inventing the wheel in every shape except round. They need to hurry up and learn hexagonal wheels dont make for a smooth ride they'r just shacking the business to pieces. The powers that be dont listen to staff feedback so are loosing good people to other brands. Soon customer loyalty will go too.
