Extremely low pay and benefits. The company tries to compensate by being your “friend”. The managerial structure is set up for employees to fail/ always be wrong . Why ? Because if you have complaints you can’t tell HR because HR is married to the boss (HR isn’t properly trained either , just some pseudo-intellectual/frat boy)
