Extremely low pay and benefits. The company tries to compensate by being your “friend”. The managerial structure is set up for employees to fail/ always be wrong . Why ? Because if you have complaints you can’t tell HR because HR is married to the boss (HR isn’t properly trained either , just some pseudo-intellectual/frat boy)

Pros

Most of the pros went away once we started working remotely. Casual dress code, pizza every other Wednesday, coffee, and breakfast every Friday. Now that we are working remotely we don’t have these perks.

Low pay No opportunity for growth No incentives Micromanaging No loyalty from management

Pros

Bosses are too busy to check on you so there is always time to shop online.

Cons

It’s a revolving door up in here. Everyone has a foot out the door because of management. Even HR left LMFAO.
