      Flat level management, all are on the same level and treated equally (theoretically). Good sports, cultural activities and festivities

      Except free coffee and tea, there is no Pros.

      Cons

      1. Management reduced WFH from 3 days a week to 3 Days a month just for the freshers, rest of the seniors can take as many WFH they want. 2. Micro management of employess, mainly freshers. 3. No work freedom, stick to the plan or you will be kicked out. 4. The senior employees are too toxic to work with, instead of helping the juniors , they usually shouts or being abusive some times.

The benefits package at Leoforce is very competitive and includes generous vacation time, competitive pay, and excellent health and retirement plans. The company also provides plenty of opportunities for professional growth and development. Overall, I'm very pleased with my experience of working at Leoforce. It's a top-notch employer that truly cares about its employees and their success. I highly recommend working here if you're looking for an exciting, challenging, and rewarding job.
