Pros
Without any reason, you will be fired. Nothing isn’t good about the company. In total there is mentally stress with no employee benefits. Management hired people but they are are unable to pay there salaries. There is no growth in the company pepole are working since 2 year but no salary hike or promotion.
Cons
1. No Casual Leaves 2. They will deduct your salary if you didn't complete your Office 9 Hours which they trapped by the punching machine. If you go to the washroom you need to punch in the machine and that time will be deductible in from yours office timing and you need to sit extra. 3. Cameras no your head 4. If there is an Internet Issue in the office then you need to use your mobile data for work. 5. 11 National Holidays in total 6. You are a paid labour for them 7. ESI will be deductible but bo proof of that. 8. Mobiles phones are not allowed in office. 9. If you have any courier if can't receive in the office. 10. Tea/Coffee amenities are not provided. 11. No Joining Letter/Confirmation Letter 12. No Salary Slip 13. You can't take leave on Friday or Monday If you take off you will receive a WARNING email 14. You are not allowed to Talk 15.You will be "FIRED ANYTIME" 16. You will not receive your salary on time.
