Since the company is not registered hence you receive the entire salary.
Cons
Would suggest not to go to Level AI because of the following reasons:- 1) Extremely toxic work culture. 2) There is a lot of boot licking in the company. 3) The work which you will expect is not what they have to offer. 4) A lot of friction between the lower and upper management. 5) A lot of friction and no transparency for taking the decisions between the Indian and US team. 6) People will shout on you and won't even think twice before pushing you under the bus. 7) Funding issues have begun to come up as well. 8) A couple of initial members have quit as well.
