Pros

Great clients, hybrid schedule, new break room

Cons

During my tenure, I have observed changes within the company, particularly in the staffing and operational aspects. There was an expansion in the internal teams in early 2022, followed by a subsequent reorganization that resulted in mass layoffs. This transition has led to increased workloads and minimal coverage for the remaining accounts. While this has been a challenging period, I appreciate the resilience and dedication of my colleagues in making the best of the situation. In terms of career growth, I believe the company could benefit from a more structured approach. Timely and constructive feedback from managers is an area that can be improved to capitalize on opportunities and enhance professional development. The sales team, though driven, may benefit from a more balanced approach in their interactions with clients. Amid these changes, the company has shown adaptability by pivoting towards acency recruitment activities to sustain its operations. This shift has brought new challenges for the recruiters including long work hours and feelings of corporate burn out. Essentially with us being overworked when we already makes below market wages. In light of the limited talent acquisition opportunities, some employees, including myself, are considering future career moves. This decision stems from the desire for enhanced development opportunities that align with our professional goals since we currently have no positive outlook on developing our staff. Despite these considerations, I am grateful for the experiences and connections forged during my time with the company. Overall, while there have been challenges, I am grateful for the positive aspects of my experience with the company and remain optimistic about the future, but if you read the other reviews believe them.

Pros

Some colleagues are nice within this organization, & willing to help. Remote work is good, but if you live anywhere near nyc and don't go into office, you can count on being laid off.

Cons

No clear cut info on how to move up within organization. The men in charge of this organization are a real boys club-make sure they 'favor' you if you're a female, otherwise, you'll be cast aside. When bonuses are given, there's no explanation on how they arrived at this number..bizarre for a recruiting firm. Managers ask for input, but do not plan on them improving processes after you share what is working/not working. Healthcare leader is a joke. This organizations needs a revamp.

Pros

Good people there in pockets...healthcare and healthcare IT division have some of the kindest and hardest working people in the org

Cons

People don't leave companies, they leave leaders. I left because of of the leadership. LevelUp needs to provide more training to the engagement managers and Sr Talent Advisors to help grow those of us who have less experience.
