Cons

If you enjoy making 100 outbounds a day and harassing people this job is for you. Not only that, but the leads i was given to call had already been called a few years before by a guy that is know as their top rep and he had listed them as "lost" in SFDC. Did they think i would not notice this? Did they not notice this? Ridiculous. Also al their values are amazing..if only they would follow them. This job was a joke.

Great Environment, Great Opportunity, Great People

Pros

• Environment will challenge you in good ways. • So much opportunity for the company and for everyone involved, it makes every day exciting and different. This is an electric environment. • There's a lot of promotional opportunities here. People are moving from entry level teams to more advanced (and higher paying) teams all the time. There's also a lot of promotion from within to managing, directing, and other leadership roles. Opportunities sometimes pop up fast. • While many are getting promoting and assuming leadership roles, the team grows fast, and gets injected with senior and experienced leaders, too. These people are great to learn from and level up the team. • The financial opportunity is good. Salaries are competitive, and everyone on the team has stock options, which is promising given this company's opportunity. • I learn a lot. All the time. • The company is really transparent, and though the team size is growing and spread across 3 offices, you feel like you're part of the overall success, and know a lot about what is going on.

Cons

• Honestly, the company takes too long to terminate employees. There are a ton of high performers here, and it's usually pretty clear when a low performer is hanging on. Management doesn't take swift action often enough. • It's challenging. There is hard work to be done here, and complex, challenging problems. I listed this as a pro above, but the con is that it is difficult, and you usually take it with you in your brain when you go home. • Office space used to be great, but now with new people coming in, it's getting tight. More space is coming, but this always seems to be a challenge. • There are a lot of meetings.
