      Pros

      Nice views from the Gold Coast Office and staff are really doing their best despite an ever increasing challenge.

      Cons

      Absolute no culture whatsoever. Job adverts promise a great deal (incentives, rewards etc) and yet there is nothing delivered. You are expected to undertake multiple functions which means you are not able to deliver any quality work. Top Level Management are living in a dreamworld

      Micromanaged, Inability to Trust Staff, and Low Wages.

      Pros

      Good service desk staff, in it together to bypass micromanagement.

      Cons

      all managers are micromanagers, zero trust in staff, inability to WFH in uncertain conditions, extremely insulting salary offers, managers bringing in high income, but refuse to pay staff what they are worth, would never go back to this place.

      Nice view of the beach

      Cons

      Owner and COO bullying staff for a mental disability. And is now after 5 years, chasing me with debt collectors. To try and get my notice period pay back. He is withholding my holiday pay after 5 years and other things. Laptop phone and fuel card benefits.. Avoid at all costs.
