The Levy Group Inc is a family owned business, and the individual Levy's that hold positions within the company, are great people. The company licenses several well known brands in mens and womens apparel.

Cons

The Levy Group is not a progressive company. They lack understanding of applicability and limitations of technology to the work of the office. The company operates on outdate software programs causing inefficiencies and high overhead costs. They are not adapting to the ever changing market. The management system is also dated, or very old fashioned. Salaried employees are expected to work overtime without pay, and the medical benefits offered are subpar. There seems to be no room for growth at this company.

Cons

They laid off many people due to a budget cut with no two weeks notice. There is no growth with this company. I've been there for a little over a year and I feel like everyday was useless.

Cons

Oldschool management practices. Very little to no room for growth within the family owned and operated company. With no room for growth within the company, there are very little pay raises given. A lot of employees that work for the company are still making the same salary they were making 5-10 years ago.
