The Professional Services team is very dedicated and knowledgeable in client relations.

Cons

Management style is very hands off. There is no collaboration or guidance. Industry expertise is non-existent.

Thank you for your feedback. Pay is twice a month with full benefits. We have a formal training program and procedures that are improved in a collaborative manner.

Team atmosphere, open communication and transparency, close relationships with clients, frequent staff appreciation, flexibility and great pay/benefits/bonus opportunities.

Cons

I work remotely, so the only notable downside is not getting to partake in Taco Friday at the office.
