Pros

People who are not management are nice.

Cons

All seems good until you walk in the door. The owner had some serious anger issues and an angry man who ran around yelling at us daily. Zero appreciation of how hard employees work. No matter how hard you work don't you dare make a mistake. Mistakes are not tolerated. I wish I read the reviews here before leaving my other job to come here. Trust me, it's not worth it.

None, and I don't recommend working here.

Cons

We all experience too much pressure from the leadership, but none of our supervisors actually provide meaningful support to us. They pressure us to exceed their expectations, but their expectations and targets are unrealistic in the first place. And we don't even receive any guidance from them.

Pros

There are no positives to working for Lexicon Services.

Cons

The inconsiderate management puts too much pressure on the employees. Our managers here at Lexicon Services are not our allies. Instead of providing support and guidance, our managers are our main source of stress and source of toxicity in the workplace. They don't let employees breathe. We're forced to keep on working until we're exhausted.
