Someone who’s been at a company for a really long time isn’t always a good thing. Sometimes it’s a red flag, especially if they’ve become stuck in their ways or resistant to change. They can get territorial, act like they run the place, and even bully newer employees just because they’ve been around longer. Instead of helping the team grow, they end up holding things back and creating a toxic vibe. Benefit isnt that great either
