• Only senior management are allowed certain privileges (e.g. bringing pets), while other staff are not. • Clear class divide between management and junior staff; mistakes are rarely owned by leaders, and juniors are left to take the blame. • Constant overtime with no compensation, and frequent calls to work on weekends, making work–life balance very difficult.
