Nice line on the resume; sweet direct colleagues; occasional travel opportunities; nice technology usage and access.

Cons

Completely insular and micro-managerial upper management that expects you to read their mind. Unrealistic work/life expectations (even if they say the opposite) and over-inflated "global network" that they don't add much value to. They groom employees from the time they are interns to not ask questions and be "grateful for their work".
