Good co-workers, and many thing to learn. As this is manufacturing firm, u can learn many things.
Cons
Top management is worst. Mr. Kamlesh panchal has no sense of talking to employees very egoistic person. To just approve for one thing u need to take permission from 4 diffrent peoples. Hr deparment is very bad. They refuse to give u offer letter after joining company. Every time come up with diff reasons. I will recommend to not join this company as they didn't give experience, releiving letter to many peoples. They just delay to give letters.
