      Great pay when things were good with the owner

      Cons

      Owner is a nut job Scientologist. When things are good for him, he lavishes everyone around him. Negative press shows up online from one of his many adversaries, and he's all over the place, like a psychopath.

      You get to talk to people struggling in active addiction and try to give them a brighter future

      Management, pay, you worry you're not being ethical, company is unstable, almost 70 hour weeks at min wage

      Pros

      While under paid, you do get a paycheck.

      Cons

      Extremely Unprofessional. A lot of favoritism. Disorganized. CEO and management greatly lack business sense and operation. CEO yelled at an employee, "Don't do it again and you will find yourself on the other side of that door with my foot up your *expletive*!!!!!" Hear more swearing than regular words heard in a day.
