Good starting job for a couple years

Pros

Decent pay in comparison to industry standards, good for recent grads, can be a fun environment, not sure how it is now that it's been absorbed by Community First, absolutely LOVED the job and the clients, left bc of management, good coworkers, don't have to be licensed

Cons

Very poor management, somewhat unrealistic goals/quotas, depending on the job, not much room for advancement

If you get along with managent on a personal note then they will favor you

Cons

Salary is low, work culture is a bunch of gossip and favoritism. The staff who have worked there for years run the show and literally bully newer staff until they quit or get fired if they don't like them.
