Pros

The only pro for my team was the flexibility to do Work from Home.

Cons

- The HR in India refused to pay annual appraisal which was mentioned in the offer letter, despite excellent performance. - No regard for the mental health of the employees despite the organization being a mental health organization. No mental heath leaves. Rigid work hours structure that would automatically ensure your mental health is down the drain. - Never rely on the promises this company makes. They'd even make your resignation tough and would try to rob off money from you. - The HR is arrogant and thinks he is above everyone else. Only business matters to them, they'd make sure you feel that you're disposable.

Pros

-flexible working hours - good working culture - WFH - AMENITIES ARE GOOD (FOOD AND TRANSPORT IS PROVIDED IF WORKING FROM OFFICE

Cons

- Employees are paid way less than the market standard . Especially the existing employees . HR is ready to pay a decent amount to the people getting hired for the same role but don't think twice about even matching or levelling the salary of the existing employee at the same postion , who is working hard for the company.
