Pros

- Amazing work culture - Supporting Peers - Profitable startup - Global Remote company - Good work life balance

Cons

- You can be removed immediately by upper management - The company used to hire globally from anywhere in the world, but I see as they are transitioning to a bigger company, things are changing and it is not a global remote company anymore.

Pros

Can work from home mostly

Cons

Poorest leadership that is less than nonexistent, product is sub-par, toxic work environment, CEO will bankrupt the company, very poor treatment of most personnel unless your a personal friend of CEO, customers globally have refused to pay for services forthwith because product is not supported and does not function properly, leadership will fire you for no reason and will threaten you with physical violence verbally, stated sales is untrue, no regard for ethical business practices, CEO uses colourful language to employees and acts like a young child having a temper tantrum. No work-life balance, poor data and infrastructure security. Worst benefits I have ever seen

Pros

- Opportunities to move up career ladder (promotions and salary increases) - Fully remote working model offers almost complete flexibility working from anywhere in the world

Cons

- Highly unprofessional environment, management treats other team members with disrespect. This appears to be the biggest problem company wide. - Lack of internal training with heavy emphasis on sales and acquiring clients rather than being delivery focused - Zero company culture and no obvious efforts to improve it - Reactive decision making, no forward planning
