Pros
remote work, flexible schedule, worked with various customers on architectural designs and implementation, people are friendly, very casual work environment, good compensation, ok benefits.
Cons
only sold certain products, and typically it was products no other vendor wanted to touch. any cutting edge tech was typically out of the question b/c of cost. professional services team, which i was part of, was solid but undersold, underutilized and under appreciated. i was only there a short time and had the opportunity to handle some solid projects but our division was unexpectedly dissolved over night - clients weren't even aware that professional services was no more.
